What this site knows about you

Short version: no accounts, no sign-in, no newsletter, and nothing you type is collected, because there is nothing here to type into.

What is stored on your device

One item, in your browser’s local storage: which Amazon store you chose in the header, so the site does not ask again on your next visit. It never leaves your browser. Clearing site data removes it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count page views and to see which buttons get clicked, so we know which comparisons are useful. It records the page, the button, and which Amazon store the link pointed at. It does not record anything identifying you personally, and we do not attempt to link it to you.

Amazon

Clicking through to Amazon hands you to Amazon, and their privacy policy takes over at that point. The affiliate tag in the link is how Amazon attributes a purchase to this site; it tells us nothing about who you are, only that a sale happened.

What we do not do

  • No advertising trackers or retargeting pixels.
  • No third-party embeds that phone home from these pages.
  • No mailing list, so no email address to lose.
